I agree to register for the London Blitz AFC team in the British American Football Association National Leagues for the 2024 season (where registration with the league is required).  I hereby agree to abide by the clubs rules & regulations and all the following terms laid down by its appointed Management Committee.

The terms of this contract are:

• To pay a team fee of  £ 60 for Kitted or £40 for Flag (as indicated in the registration page)

• Annual Club/Team fee N/A

• Training Facilities & Home Game Day fees – (does not include Away travel & play-off games)

• I must sign for any equipment issued to me by the organisation. 

• I will be held responsible for the cost of the replacement of any equipment lost or damaged through recklessness and or neglect: (a)Helmet = £120    (b)Shoulder Pads = £100     (c)Game Shirt = £40     (d) Game Pants = £30  (e) Club Shorts=£15   (f) Flag Belts= £15 (g)Football = £30

• I will attend as many team classes/practice sessions as set by the Coaching staff &/or Management Committee. Prior notification MUST be given to Coaching staff &/or Management Committee of non-availability to attend any scheduled session/’s. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action being taken.

• I will pay any fines imposed upon me by the club and/or by BAFRA or the National Leagues.

• I will be responsible for my own Personal Accident Insurance cover if required in addition to the League Insurance issued to teams during the league season and training pre & post (1st October -to- September 30th). 

• I will be responsible for providing my own personal equipment, such as: (a)Hip & tail pads   (b)Thigh & kneepads  (c)Game pants    (d)White socks    (e)Gum Shield   (f)Football Boots  (g) Shorts(flag)

• I shall be suspended &/or released by the club if I bring any discredit upon the club or the name of the  Organisation &/or the National Leagues and thus I will forfeit any moneys due to me.

• Written notification must be given to the club for requests of any transfers&/or termination of agreement. 

• All fees must be paid in full and any equipment issued returned to the Management Committee before release.

• I understand that failure to settle any outstanding debts in full to the club will result in my name being placed  

• *Failure to settle debts & being on the National Leagues Debtors list will prevent any future participation in this sport within the B.A.F.A upon the National Leagues Official Debtors List*, and I may not request a transfer or termination of this agreement until such debts are cleared.

   The  above is assumed to be agreed and acknowledged upon signing for full membership and is referenced in the subscription acknowledgement.
