Brian Faller

Blitz Flag Leader & Head coach of the U16 kitted program Brian Faller has been involved in American Football since 1985, playing for 18 years before moving to coaching. He has seen many players move though the program at the Blitz, with many continuing on their football journey to American and the European leagues. As a Bears fan he is waiting for his team move on from a rebuilding season (Again).

Cory Haley

U11/U12  & U14 Coach Cory Haley is an experienced coach and mentor who has been involved in the Blitz since 2017. Born and raised in Canada and an avid CFL Fan, Coach Cory transitioned in 2023 to the flag program, after successful positional coaching duties with the Blitz U19 National Championship teams. He is passionate about helping young people succeed and is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and learning-rich environment for our players. He also manages our website.

Tyler Edwards

An advocate of Flag Football as both a player and coach, Tyler assumed responsibility for the Blitz U14 and U17 clubs in 2022.  Regarded as one of the sports most technical coaches, he believes that skill development evolves one practice at a time.  Tyler brings a level of energy that is infectious, and his commitment to player development on and off the field is amazing.  A native of London, Tyler has been with club as a player and coach since 2015.

Michael (MJ) Amajie

MJ's interest in American Football sparked in 2019 , engaging in two years of contact American football. This experience was transformative.

By 2023, he transitioned to Flag American Football, honing his skills as a Defensive Back. His rookie season in flag football resulted in a  National Championship. This achievement solidified his dedication to the sport, and he will no doubt bring both passion and a creative mindset to coaching.
